Self Actualization

Today, while cleaning out papers, CD’s, and making space at my desk, a CD came to my hand. I decided to play it immediately and I soon realized why. Dr. Wayne Dyer came on after some glorious music that called me to listen. To SIT down and listen.
The CD is entitled “There is a Spiritual Solution to Every Problem.” This is exactly what I needed to hear. Anyone who has ever listened to this great man knows how impressive his teachings are.
In this particular CD (#4), about ‘Self Actualized People’, he quotes:
“Self actualized people must be what they can be.”
I Immediately realized at that moment what my life is about, truly.
It is about that. Self Actualization. As I listened further, it came to me
that this is what we are all doing, self actualizing.

This is all about moving into higher vibrations. Dr. Dyer calls them “cycles per second”. Okay. I can relate to this! I apply the sacred living essential oils every day several times a day. The Young Living Essential Oils have been ‘increasing my cycles of energy’ so VERY much in every way!
Literally we are in movement at every second of our lives. Every thing around us is as well. Certain rates of vibration are moving us further ‘up’ in rates of vibration. We are moving our frequencies higher to align with the flow of LIGHT!
A TSUNAMI of LIGHT is HERE and NOW!

The masses of individuals living today have been relying on “Solid frequencies” which are based on the senses of sight and hearing. From SOLID we move to the intermediate dimension of SOUND. Dr. Dyer states that “As we move into the higher senses of sound and light, we’re moving into faster energies. Ultimately we move into the very fastest and highest frequencies of all and that is SPIRIT. Spirit is accessed by using your intuition and your insight.”

He finishes his statement with this…”We access this frequency largely through meditation, and getting quiet making conscious contact with God.”

It was here that I shut the CD off and began to write. I encourage everyone to increase your rate of vibration (as Dr. Dyer would call it ‘cycles per second’). In this CD program, he discusses cycles per second and what they are for particular situations people are living in. I can tell you to be in the SPIRIT vibration we are talking 100,000 cycles per second as compared to sickness and ill health at 1600-1700 cycles per second. So you can see there is a HUGE difference in the energies.
Cycles per second increase by using the YL oils such as Abundance, Highest Potential, Awaken!

There are so many fragrant frequencies available to us! ( The above mentioned are blends from Young Living)
Remain in alignment through conscious choice! Smell is noteworthy for this. If you are new to the oils, Awaken is a wonderful oil to assist you on your path.

And so, this is about the INCREASE. I AM. The CYCLES are INCREASING. Welcome to the FLOW of LIGHT.

Self Actualization -

As our rates of vibration increase, we are able to move

out of SOLID frequency to SOUND frequency to SPIRIT. We consciously make contact with GOD.

Habits Define Who We Are

Have you ever observed a parent or sibling, brother or sister, engaging in a habit you consider to be unhealthy?

It is not unusual to be able to spot for someone else a choice they are making that holds them back. (At least in our opinion!)

Admit it, haven’t we all sat in the seat of judge?

The difference of observing someones poor habit and judging it and not, is in asking ourselves, what habit do I have that holds me back. Use the observation of another to check in with self.

I know one of my uncontrolled habits is sugar especially at night. It comes to me in many forms, cookies, cinnamon buns,  ice cream, many ways I feed it to my body.

YIKES.

Consequently, I provide a home for mucus in my throat and in my head upon awakening.

This is obviously NOT the best scenario for one’s achievement of their highest choices.

Habits are changed with consistent action and discipline. These words can chase some away from changing their habits. Some will automatically state they have no discipline. This is their choice. This should also define for you and your relationship if you choose to spend time around them.

Each of us has a journey. When we align with those of like mindedness, we become what we define ourselves by. Who are you defining yourself by? Who do you listen to?

We arrive at higher choices one breath at a time, choosing higher decisions to support new and prosperous habits.

I have aligned myself with a company called  Young Living. The Young Living lifestyle is an excellent example of changing life threatening habits to life supporting habits. It is accomplished individually oil by oil, product by product. There is a high level of integrity, wellnees teamwork, teaching and education and support.

The level of commitment in choosing new lifestyle habits is determined by each person alone.

One truth remains however, and that is that all who embrace the lifestyle, INCREASE somehow in their lives. It becomes limitless. We obtain according to the habits we develop and feed.

And so I encourage each person to define themselves by observing what moment by moment habits do you create in your life. Do they threaten you or support you?

It is one choice at a time. This time, make a HIGHER choice. And when you see another making a poor choice, ask yourself, what is my message here?

Unity Through Gratitude

As Consciousness awakens amoungst us all at a rapid pace, we see each day situations occuring that cause us to reveal to ourselves who we are. We are asked to pray for each other through emails daily. We are asked to contribute to causes and listen and watch videos and messages of importance.

Each one of us  is living a life of our own creation based on beliefs gathered and valued throughout our lives. It is in this way we decide where to place our focus and intention.

We understand this consciously more and more as each day passes. 

Recently I received an email from a close friend entitled “Requesting Your Love”. I opened this immediately as I know a call to Love is important! As I read the email I realized how grateful I was for me life in the United States. I felt a deep appreciation that I was living here in my small town in the country with the freedom to read my email late at night and not be in persecution as were the folks the email was refferring to. They were in Iran  possibly facing a death penalty and the Austin Texas community of Bahai’s were requesting love for them. As I looked at their pictures, I noticed their eyes. And it was in their eyes I saw the deep love. The oneness that we all are. And I realized they may not be alive in a few days. These folks were threatened with losing their lives for their beliefs. They are Bahai’s in Iran.

I thought about who would I send this on to? I realized that no matter a persons faith, religon or beliefs,  I would send it to those who I knew appreciated the power of prayer and would send the requested love and prayers. Those who came to mind as I scrolled down my email list, I sent it to. For a brief moment I asked myself if this one or that one would be comfortable with this email as they are a strict religion. I allowed that thought to be released as I realized we are all one and they would  know that somehow through The Holy Spirit to follow the call. I am grateful to be writing this tonight, I am am called to remind everyone, GIVE THANKS.

We must be in gratitude for our lives and acheive unity through The Holy Spirit! Let Us Remember! Let us remember. We are one.

Gratitude and Forgiveness

Today is December 22, 2009. I experience this day only once. This day belongs to the past. It is approaching midnight as I write and so this day  never comes again.

Now, I ask myself what I did with this day. Have I contributed in some way to another persons happiness?  What choices have I made today that affected others? What imprint have I left on the matrix of my surroundings?

Have I followed the voice of  The Holy Spirit today? Have I done all that I could do in each situation that I experienced?

I remember to give thanks. I had an oportunity to talk with my mom today! I spoke with several friends, made new friends as well.

I attended a Christmas party tonight , saw the beautiful innocent ones, the babies, the children, the smiles and joy were shared by everyone! I tasted yummy foods, played games, had conversations and grew in friendship with everyone there. I give thanks. I give thanks!

And then there was an experience that caused pain, anger and resistance. Yikes. I found myself  reacting to a situation  which triggered a reaction from the other party! Sharp words were spoken by us both. As the moments that followed passed by I thought to myself, what just happened ? I realized I had not been aware of myself, I had not responded consciously when the situation arose. How senseless the whole event had been!  Within 10 minutes or so,  apologies were made. Forgiveness.

I am in gratitude  for forgiveness.

And so I forgive myself tonight for anyone I may have caused pain, or judged unconciously. And I am in deep gratitude for my life, and the blessings I have received this day. I know tommorrow I am even more awake as I remember, each day comes only once.

Thank you God, that as I walk in forgiveness, I grow closer  to you.

Honor Holy Spirit, Honor Thyself

As I continue my growth on the path of The Course in Miracles, I discover aspects of understandings I have known in the past yet forgotten. Or, perhaps not yet well understood.

In one of my most recent books of study, I read “Forgiveness is thought reversal“. Immediately I realized that all my life I had considered forgiveness to claim the emotional body. However, I am reading here, …thought reversal.

Thought relates to the mind. What about the emotions?

I realized the energy I had been exerting on forgiveness from my emotional reserves was draining!

Sudden realization of the shift in my perception of forgiveness, released me from some energy that is wordless.

I am now applying this concept in my life moment by moment breath by breath.

As my life moves forward in choice with The Holy Spirit as my guide, utilizing this thought reversal technique, I am able to release the chains of the oppresion of judgement, worry and fear!

How am I aware of The Holy Spirits voice? I listen to my true intuition. 

I honor the voice of Holy Spirit. This voice is ALWAYS  good  for me.

I honor this voice, although at times in my life I have not always listened to it.

Each day I listen, each moment I listen to the inner voice. I recognize and walk in awareness of how I am feeling inside.

I may be in a conversation, walking on the shoreline, onstage speaking, teaching a workshop, wherever I am, I choose to walk in awareness.

Conscious awareness. Choose it. Honor it. Honor Holy Spirit, Honor your true self. Change your thought to forgiveness.

Every time. Every time. Every time.

Living an Elemental Life

As I begin my blog I first want to state my deep appreciation for those around me near and far who support the work I do and the ideals and values by which I choose to live my life. Without these individuals surrounding me, I am nearly certain my life would now be over. All have given me an opportunity to develop more deeply and for this I am truly blessed. I am especially deep appreciation of my son, Luke. Luke has shown me and given me unconditional love. For this I am eternlly grateful to him. I am so grateful for Jesus who has walked with Luke and I throughout our lives! Jesus, always walking unconditionally in our lives. Jesus has protected our home for all of our lives!

It is in this understanding I now offer myself to others as a support to all who come seeking.

I love The Holy Divine Substance of Creation, I love myself and I love all God’s creatures including my fellow human.

I choose for myself and for those whose lives impact with mine,  growth. Growth leads to Love.

LOVE IS THE ANSWER! Pure unconditional love is who we are. Naturally, we all respond to this frequency.

We have heard this phrase many times throughout our lives yet with new growth more deeply we partake of this phrase. As we experience situations, relationships with each other, growth is ALWAYS AVAILABLE EVERY MOMENT.

And so I encourage each one of us to live an elemental life. What does this really mean?

Each of us may interpret this differently. My interpretation is this:

Consider the elements of life. Elements meaning here water, earth, air, fire and ether.

We are the physical manifestation of these elements. Our bodies, our homes, our food, our clothing, our cars and vehicles, our furniture, our cell phones…name anything that does NOT come to us through one or more of the elements!

To live in harmony is to live an elemental life. Honor the elements, surround yourself and enjoy their gifts with gratitude and appreciation for all they give to us.

To live an elemental life is to live in harmony! :)

I am grateful for the upbringing I had in the country. Our family always had fires in the back yard. WOW. Outside at a fire is peace. I was also very fortunate to grow in a home on the water. Lake Ontario is one of the beautiful great lakes and is world renowned for being one of the largest freshwater lakes in the world. The air is clean.  The lake winds blow all away that does not belong. The air and location is prime for the Eagles that nest there. The earth vast in her abundance for the grand abundance of the wildlife living there. Once mighty orchrds thrived during those times! Wildflowers are prominent in the spring, summer and fall!!!!! This is a place of CREATION!!! By the water the Ether is widely available and open for suggestions. Oh, the dandelion wine my mother made!!! Thank you God for the phenomenal mother I have.

And so, I was raised elementally Spirit tells me.

The art of Feng Shui can guide you very well in how to bring the elements into your life. No matter where you live, it can be done.:)

If we break down these five elements, we see that there are numerous other elements within them that make up the table of elements. And this, is what attracts me to the solutions nature provides to us as living entities upon her breast of provisions! All of Natures power contains compounds of elements. This is why they complement our bodies!

I have chosen to align myself with individuals and companies who bring value and integrity to the world, to the lives of others. These individuals and the services and products they offer to the marketplace are the ones I support. And, not surprisingly, they support my highest alignment each day of my life. THNK YOU YOUNG LIVING! Thank you to the Gary and Mary Young to their personal committment to the highest choice. Thank you to Kathy Kouwe, who has tirelessly led the way in New York, her family  for their ongoing support.

In Thanks to all who have always supported me, you have upheld my Light, in those difficult challenging dark passageways to greater awareness and love.May you be abundantly blessed! Thanks to all who read this for without you, I wouldn’t have the chance to express myself.
